Todd Segal
The idea of Car Bank SRQ was born when Todd was challenged with limited garage space for the next addition to his car collection. His vision of providing a solution for like-minded car collectors in the same predicament for space, with the added peace of mind in security and true ownership, has now come to fruition.
Todd Segal a Sarasota native has a long history of successfully delivering construction projects in the Tampa Bay area for over 26 years. He has worked for other local General Contractors before staring Calusa Construction and Development as Director of Construction in 2023. To date, Todd’s projects have totaled over $532 million dollars in contracts from his initial start and has been involved in a single intricate project valued at more than $ 47 million. His diversity in construction projects ranging from K-12 schools, Fire Stations, Large Scale Multi Family, Self-Storage, Restaurants & Hospitality, Religious, Health Care, and Marinas. Some of his most notable projects include Rivera Dunes Resort a 220 slip Marina Restaurant, Bayfront Health ER Renovation, Palm View Elementary, South Florida Community College, Charlotte County Fire Stations, The Glenridge North Expansion, and The Boca Grande Pass Club.
Todd’s passion for cars started at an early age. Trips to Sebring were common as he was a part of his family’s race team “Wolf Pack Racing” in the 80’s. He learned to drive stick shift from the age of 12 in his aunt’s 911 and followed her passion keeping Porsche’s in our family collection. Car Bank SRQ was required due to limited amount of space we are challenged with in our two-car garage, hoping people with the same predicament can store their collection of cars and recreational toys in a private secure facility with true ownership. Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending quality time with his family, and their two rescue fur babies.
Tom Bury
Tom Bury is a strategic team player with extensive experience in building and scaling successful businesses, advising startups to become leading names and thought leaders in their spaces, and succeeding in commercial real estate investment ventures. He currently serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Car Bank SRQ, where his primary responsibilities include overseeing all financial operations to enable the company’s growth goals, while also ensuring stability and success.
Prior to founding Car Bank SRQ, Tom co-founded and built Nu Look Home Design to be one of the top exterior remodeling companies in the mid-Atlantic region for almost two decades, which led to his successful exit in 2021. He also co-founded Leap, one of the leading point-of-sale software platforms in the home services space nationwide, which led to a successful PE majority purchase in 2021. More recently, Tom co-founded Storage Point Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage acquisitions.
Tom lives in Sarasota, Florida with his wife and two sons, where they enjoy soaking up all the fun that comes with living in paradise!
