Custom Units

The garage condos are approximately 42’D and 24’W, approximately 1008 sq ft, and 20’H ceilings. Each unit has a 12’ wide by 14’ high garage doors and a separate walk-in door. They are equipped with air conditioning, a half bathroom and separate utility sink, powered with 50-amp RV service, 110-volt service, fire suppression, and wired for internet. All the units are equipped with full recreational vehicle hookups inside the unit. The facility has 42′ wide drives for the convenience and privacy between each building. A gated community with 24-hour computerized gate access with monitored surveillance cameras.
